looking to add another experienced Service Advisor to our team. As
part of the Hines Park Automotive Group, there is a lot of room for
growth and opportunity to develop your career. The ideal candidate
will be friendly, organized, and motivated to give our clients the
best possible experience. Although a good portion of our business
is Ford/Lincoln, The Quick Lane of Canton services all makes and
models! We have a large book of clientele and repeat clients, and
are still growing, so we are needing someone that can handle a fast

customers receive prompt, courteous, transparent and effective
service Write accurate repair orders and get all clients approval
before beginning work on their vehicles Take ownership of the
customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments
that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the
customer Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether
phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently
sold to service customers Answer technical questions about vehicle
problems, warranties, services, and repairs Maintain Customer
Success Index at or above company standards Assist in diagnosing
vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary Reinforces
company policies and adheres to company standards Encourages
compliance with applicable laws and regulations Qualifications
Organized and friendly personality Time management skills Fantastic
communication skills with your customers Professional, well-groomed
personal appearance Basic knowledge of how a vehicle works Previous
experience as a Service Advisor is preferred, Ford or Lincoln
experience is a plus! Consistent record of service and sales
success Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
Team oriented and self-motivated Able to work with little
supervision Clean driving record and valid driver’s license We are
