Roles & Responsibilities
The quality management team plays a key role in providing quality support for assembly line functions in Detroit. The open
position of HDEP quality engineer is a challenging position that involves working within a team atmosphere and providing
line side problem solving support. This position is for the Midnight or Afternoon shift.

Responsibilities
Coordinates quality objectives with other departments
Drives continuous improvement by developing and implementing error and mistake proofing
Keeps management abreast of progress, developments and pending problems
Drive issues to closure through the various quality feedback loops
Analyzes assembly process data to look for trends or possible upcoming concerns.
Works with Advanced Quality Tools (i.e., PFMEAs) to ensure a quality assembly process
Education/Experience:
" Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
" 2-4 years experience required.
