About the Role:
Are you passionate about Identity & Access Management and looking
to elevate your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? HTC is
seeking a Senior SailPoint Engineer to join our global Identity &
Access Management (IAM) team. In this role, you will be a key
player in maintaining and enhancing the reliability, scalability,
and performance of our SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ
platform.
You'll be responsible for L1, L2, and L3 production support,
troubleshooting complex issues, and working closely with
cross-functional teams across our onshore-offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum (L1/L2/L3) support for the SailPoint Identity
Platform (IdentityIQ).
Proactively monitor system health, performance, and
availability.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and document incidents, service requests,
and complex production issues.
Perform root cause analysis and lead efforts to optimize workflows
and system configurations.
Support onboarding of applications, integrations, and identity
connectors.
Handle upgrades, patch management, and system performance
tuning.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards and industry best
practices.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to enhance platform
capabilities.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing
initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in supporting SailPoint
IdentityIQ in production environments.
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based
access control (RBAC), and access certifications.
Experience with system integration, application onboarding, custom
rule creation, and workflow configuration.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to triage and
resolve issues under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and
verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as in a global team
setting.
Preferred Skills:
SailPoint certification(s) a strong plus.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as BeanShell, Java,
PowerShell, or Python.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working with global teams in a 24x7 support model.
