Location: Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet – Waterford, MI Full-Time
Position Joe Lunghamer Chevy is seeking a skilled and
detail-oriented Collision Shop Estimator to join our Body Shop
team. If you're passionate about the automotive industry and want
to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment — we want to
hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Accurately assess and document
collision damage on vehicles Create detailed repair estimates using
CCC estimating system Collaborate with customers, insurance
companies, and technicians throughout the repair process
Participate in Direct Repair Programs (DRPs) and ensure compliance
with guidelines Maintain clear, professional communication with all
parties involved Ensure all estimates and repairs follow industry
standards and safety regulations Requirements: Prior experience as
a Collision Shop Estimator Proficiency with the CCC estimating
system Familiarity with Direct Repair Programs (DRPs) A valid,
clean driver’s license State Certification in Unibody & Collision
Mechanical Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability
to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy shop environment
