Job Responsibilities: Work with Systems Chiefs to coordinate the cross functional system team. Oversee the propulsion system development process (PSDP) governance and reporting (milestone reviews/program reviews/weekly meetings and updates). Work with the SRT engineering functions to prepare ER&D budget convergence for milestone approval. Manage timing and readiness consistency for the entire propulsion system (PRS). Work with the Cost & Finance Manager to manage product cost and program budget during execution. Responsible for managing quality risks/issues reactively and proactively.
