Whatyou wouldbe doing:The Charge Nurse plays a key roleat
Advantage Living Centerand more importantly in the lives of our
residents and their family membersbyproviding,coordinating,
andmanagingnursingcareand health educationforour residents.Equally
important, the nurseactsas a coach and role model for our nursing
assistantsby providing direction, best practices,and leading
problem solvingon daily care concerns.Whatyourwork schedulewould
be:We offer flexible scheduling options of 4, 6, 8 and 12 hours
shifts to best meet the needs of your personal commitments and
those of our residents.Thesuccessfulcandidate:
- must have a current state license to practice as a registered
nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse
(LPN).CurrentCPRcertification andadditionalcertification in nursing
- preferablyhasexperience in a long-term care setting.
