We are looking for a licensed RN to join our team of health professionals in providing excellent health care in our facility. Typically, you'll be working with post-op patients to help them with recovery. You will be consulting with them to learn about their current condition and assess their patient evaluations in order to develop proper treatment plans. You will also be creating personalized fitness-oriented healthcare programs and administer RN -treatments to relieve pain and improve the patient's mobility.A master's degree in RN -and a state license is required for consideration. To be successful in this role, you will need to be updated with the latest knowledge in treatment practices, as well as the ability to manage various types of patients.RN -Responsibilities:Plans and manages patient care according to each patient's needs.
Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
Provides routine care for patients.
Observes patients' health.
Reviews medical charts.
Accompanies patients to their rooms.
Assists physicians and registered nurses.
Communicates with patients and their families.
Performs standard diagnostic procedures including EKG, phlebotomy, venipuncture, PFT, and Doppler.
Prepares specimens for lab courier.
Administers medications.
Provides wound care.
Prepares and administers injections and/or enemas.
Assists with patient comfort.
Monitors catheters.
