their caseloads. About the Role
- Daily: As an Outpatient Child & Family Therapist, you will
provide direct clinical therapy services to the SED (serious
emotional disturbance) population, including children, youth and
families. The position is part of a team that supports one another
in a caring and supportive environment while providing treatment
that supports our mission, vision, and overall philosophy focused
on the inherent dignity, worth, and potential of every individual.

- Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., Social Work,
Counseling or Psychology)
- State of Michigan LARA licensing: LLMSW, LMSW, LLC or LPC,
without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
- Two years of therapy experience working with SED (serious
emotional disturbance) children, youth and families.
- Experience providing in-person and telehealth services
including CBT, trauma-focused, play therapy and/or other
age-appropriate treatment.
- Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload.
- Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per weekAbout
