Job Description Heron Ridge Associates, part of the Optum family
of businesses, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LMSW, LPC
or LMFT) to join our team in Plymouth, MI. As a member of the Optum
Behavioral Care team, you’ll be an integral part of our vision to

Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health
conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient

providers to focus on what matters – providing care. /n /n Primary
Responsibilities: /n /n - Screen and assess patients for common
mental health and substance abuse disorders /n - Provide
psychotherapy treatment in an outpatient setting with children and
adolescents for mental health conditions using various approaches
including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral
therapy, and other evidence-based methods /n - Systematically track
treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical
symptoms and treatment side effects or complications /n - Maintain
accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical
documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications: /n /n - Master’s degree in psychology,
social work, or a related counseling field /n - Clear, active and
unrestricted license (LPC, LMFT or LMSW) in the state of Michigan
/n /n /n Preferred Qualifications: /n /n - 2 years of professional
experience post master’s degree providing behavioral health
services /n - Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to

limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits
such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and

role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on
