is seeking a dedicated and experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
(NNP) to join our esteemed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
(NICU) team in Saginaw, Michigan. This prestigious opportunity is
ideal for both seasoned NNPs and recent graduates eager to advance

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive, evidence-based neonatal
care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary
teams. Assist in high-risk deliveries, performing advanced neonatal
procedures and interventions. Participate actively in clinical
decision-making, patient management, and family education to ensure
optimal patient outcomes. Lead and contribute to quality
improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing safety and care
standards. Engage in pediatric subspecialty support, including
surgical, cardiology, and neurology services. Assume clinical
leadership roles within the NICU to foster a culture of excellence
and teamwork. Support and mentor new graduate NNPs through
structured orientation and ongoing professional development.
Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuous education,
ensuring adherence to best practices in neonatal care.
Qualifications: Must possess Board Certification as a Pediatric
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) (FNP, PNP, or other NP
certifications are not acceptable). Minimum of 2 years of clinical
experience as an NNP is preferred, but qualified new graduates with
exceptional potential will be considered. Strong commitment to
collaborative, patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with
excellent communication skills. Candidate must be eligible to work
in the United States; no visa sponsorship available. No locum or
