Job Description:

services, is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to advance our mission of
providing top-tier inpatient rehabilitation along with home-based
care. This role is pivotal in supervising nursing staff and
ensuring the highest quality of patient care in line with our
commitment to excellence. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will play a
crucial role in managing our nursing operations, enhancing patient
health outcomes, and ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and
regulations. Oversee daily operations of nursing staff across
various units. Ensure adherence to all facility and government
standards in patient care. Coordinate training and professional
development opportunities for nursing staff. Assist in the
development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and care
continuity. Evaluate patient health outcomes to adjust care plans
as necessary. Facilitate communication between different healthcare
teams and departments. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
clinical and patient care protocols Ability to manage multiple
priorities in a high-stress environment Knowledge of healthcare
laws, regulations, and standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS
Certified Preferably certification in Nursing Administration or
relevant fields
