Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and
minimum 1 years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who
do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Radiology
Technologist specializing in computerized tomographic procedures,
with additional expertise in general diagnostic radiology. This
position is based in Detroit, MI, at a Level III Trauma Center,
offering a dynamic environment where proficiency in OR, ER,
portable, and general radiology is essential. Responsibilities: -
Conduct computerized tomographic radiological procedures on
patients under general supervision. - Perform general diagnostic
radiology examinations as needed. - Utilize radiology equipment in
various settings including Operating Room (OR), Emergency Room
(ER), and portable setups. - Provide excellent patient care
ensuring comfort, safety, and understanding throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with medical staff to support effective diagnosis and
treatment plans. - Maintain accurate patient records and follow
safety protocols. Qualifications: - ARRT certification in
Radiography (R). - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in radiologic technology. -
Proficient in operating radiology equipment across multiple
settings including OR, ER, and portable. - Reliable, dependable,
and committed to delivering high-quality patient care. - Ability to
work weekends, specifically every other weekend from 7 AM to 3 PM.
Job Details: - Contract position lasting 13 weeks. - Schedule
includes weekend shifts on a rotational basis. - The hiring manager
