Schedule:7p -7a; In-house call - 4-6 Shifts per month Call Type:
In-house call Call Ratio: 1:9 Patient Volume: 12 per day
Admissions: 0-4 Physician in Practice: 9; 3 full time, 2 part time,
4 contingents Procedures: -Vent Mgt,Invasive (ETT) -Non-invasive
(BiPAP/CPAP) -Chest Tube -Insertion,Exchange Transfusions -high
frequency oscillation -UVC -UAC -Peripheral IV -Evaluation &
Management of Acute Volume/BP Issues -Insertion of; C-Line A-Line
-Diagnostic/Therapeutic Taps Beds in the Dept: 15 Nicu Level: III
EMR: Cerner/Ecare/Power chart Mileage and malpractice insurance
covered Requirements: Active MI License Local Provider BC/BE BLS,
NRP Fellowship-trained in Neonatology Current experience working in
a level 3 or 4 NICU Clean back ground (NPDB report Within 30days of
