Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Provide specialized physical
therapy services to a middle school student with a traumatic brain
injury in a school setting. This contract position involves
one-on-one care, approximately 1 to 2 hours per month, supporting
the student's rehabilitation and functional goals. Location: San
Pablo, CA (near Oakland) Key Responsibilities: Deliver
individualized physical therapy or physical therapy assistant
services tailored to a student with a traumatic brain injury
Collaborate with school staff and family to develop and implement
therapy plans Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and communication related to
student care Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Physical
Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with
experience in pediatric or school-based therapy Familiarity with
working in school environments Experience in neurological
conditions, specifically traumatic brain injury, preferred Strong
