Job Description: Job Overview

Provide client operational management with an appropriately qualified workforce utilizing internal and external talent acquisition resources for sourcing, screening, assessment and selection of applicants. Manage the full life-cycle of associate searches and develop and implement programs to support talent acquisition strategies. Support Talent Acquisition team in the identification and development of candidate pipeline through the utilization of creative sourcing -tools; job-boards; associate referral and agencies (contingent and retained).

Job Responsibilities

Perform hands on, high volume recruiting for non-exempt and exempt positions.
Collaborate with various business unit leaders to establish hiring criteria and sourcing methods.
Forecast hiring needs, sourcing potential hires on various online channels.
Source and screen candidates to present qualified applicants to hiring managers.
Coordinate the interview process for selected candidates.
Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
Collaborate with Compensation department to facilitate offers of employment.
Generate and extend offer letter to selected candidates.
Ensure effective on-boarding of new hires.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor s Degree from an accredited school in Human Recourses Management or similar or equivalent work experience

Must have 3-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
Must have the capacity to manage confidential information with professionalism at all times
Working Knowledge of Taleo and Peoplesoft preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
