  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Driving history suitable for coverage under company insurance
  • Basic knowledge of automotive repair, electronics, and/or welding is desired
  • One year of familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures desired
  • Formal vocational or post-secondary training in diesel technology or equipment mechanics desired
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
  • Team player, willing to and be adaptable in challenging situations
  • Bilingual communications (if fluent in other than English languages)
  • 2 - 5 years of turf equipment experience preferred
  • Familiarity with golf equipment preferredPhysical Requirements:
    • Must be able to complete various activities in the shop and at customers' locations that may require hours of lifting, standing, carrying, bending, stretching, kneeling, and squatting
    • Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time
