Supervisor Summary Full-time | Monday – Friday | 5:45 am - 3:30 pm,
or until job completion. Superintends all 1st shift warehouse
activities and employees. Ensures accurate picking, shipments, and
appropriate handling of merchandise. Familiar with a variety of
distribution center concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on
experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a
variety of complicated tasks. A degree of creativity and latitude
is required. The Distribution Warehouse Supervisor reports directly
to the Warehouse Manager. Distribution Warehouse Supervisor

Distribution Warehouse Supervisor Duties Monitors and evaluates
performance of direct reports Ensures accuracy and documentation of
all outbound shipments Performs operations and safety checks on all
powered industrial trucks Promotes and enforces workplace safety
protocol for department/branch Provides training on processes and
procedures for 2nd shift employees Communicates business plans and
departmental goals and objectives Other duties assigned by the
Warehouse Manager Distribution Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications
Minimum 3 years warehouse operations experience or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years of inventory control and SKU management
experience High degree of attention to detail Able to perform light
to heavy physical tasks; able to lift 50 lbs. safely Collaborates
with all levels within the organization Proficiently operates a
variety of powered industrial trucks Comfortable with exposure to
environmental conditions (e.g. heat/cold; noise, dust) Comfortable
with heights (25’-30’) What Could Set You Apart Strong preference
for candidates with experience in picking or shipment of products
