Accounting Assistant Troy, MI $45,000 - $50,000 Monday - Friday; Start at 7am Kelly Services has recently partnered with a rapidly growing local company, who is seeking a top candidate to fill their newly created position, as an Accounting/Administrative Assistant. This person will help in managing the day-to-day accounting requirements and customer relations. The ideal candidate will be eager to grow alongside our company, which we will provide training to. Daily Duties:

• Control daily accounting/bookkeeping for all locations
• Run Monthly accounting reports for all locations
• Assist in daily HR/Payroll operations
• Manage monthly bills and invoices for all locations
• Work closely with managers on operational duties Benefits
  • $250 towards health insurance after 90 days
  • 1 week vacation after 90 days
  • 5 paid holidays Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounting
    • MUST have experience with QuickBooks
    • Experience with budgeting and forecasting, a plus
