POSITION DUTIES- Position serves as driver testing analyst for
designated areas of the state. The position administers the Third
Party Testing Agreement, which authorizes private and public
persons and agencies to conduct driving skills tests on behalf of
the Secretary of State. The position assists with administration of
the department's driver education program. The duties of this
position require statewide travel with assignments away from the
assigned workstation up to 50% of the time.

Required Education and Experience
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.

Three years of experience as an E9, E10, or E11-level worker in
an ECP Group One classification.
Two years of experience as an experienced level worker in an ECP
Group One technician or paraprofessional classification.
Two years of experience as a first-line supervisor in an ECP
Group Three classification.
One year of experience as a second-line supervisor in an ECP
Group Three classification.
- Paraprofessional classifications are those requiring an
associate's degree or two years of college.
College credits may be substituted on a proportional basis (one
year of college education may substitute for one quarter of the
required experience) for up to one half of the required
