Alpine is a profitable and growing company supplying numerous Fortune 1000 companies.Responsibilities:Support - Support our Critical Power Sales Team as required. To include but not limited to:Process and distribute quotes by request of the salesperson.General day-to-day administrative support of assigned salespeople.Take incoming customer calls for team support.Monitor incoming email requests, create sales leads in the CRMVerify vendor pricing through vendor order acknowledgments as applicable.Track all open items as needed.Meet regularly with sales team to timely resolve all open items.Requirements:ERP and CRM experience (Preferred).Microsoft Office Suite experience.Professional phone skills and overall communication are required.Work experience with similar companies (preferred).This is a full-time in-person office position.We offer a highly competitive benefits package including:Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k) with a company match.8 Paid HolidaysPaid Time offLife insurance.
